I was looking for a home for my daughter and I in an area that I had only visited a handful of times. During my first conversation with Melody I knew immediately that I was in good hands. Melody is smart, witty, and extremely personable and Mike, is the calm, cool and collected type, they make a perfect team! At the time, I lived 4.5 hours away yet they always accommodated my limited schedule an took the time to help me navigate and explore different areas (the standard 9-5 does not exist in their book, they were there even if it meant 7pm on a sunday!). Finding the house was probably easiest part, the real work began after the contract (in my case "contracts") which is what really sets this team above the rest, I have yet to meet a more professional, experienced, thoughtful and sincere negotiators than Mike and Melody. They worked tirelessly on my behalf, juggling every aspect of the sale to and at times went far beyond their roles to alleviate my stress (yes i'm definitely that talk me off the cliff type LOL) and help me make the best decisions.
